Weddings & Luxury Arrivals

Weddings & Chauffeur Services.

Every wedding has a beginning, a middle, and a final exit. We orchestrate each one — from the prep room departure to the last car off the property — with the precision of a hospitality brand.

— A Note On Our Approach

“A wedding isn’t a transport job. It’s the most considered choreography we do all year.”

— Booking Lead Times

Most weddings are confirmed six to twelve months in advance. Shorter notice is welcomed — though subject to vehicle availability.

Orchestration, not transport

Not a car company. A wedding atelier.

“Most wedding car companies sell time on the road. We sell the choreography around it — the held arrival, the photography window, the seamless reception transfer.”

24K has produced more than a hundred weddings since 2017 — through the cellar doors of McLaren Vale, on the lawns of the Adelaide Hills, in the grand rooms of the Sofitel. The cars are the visible part. The choreography is what couples actually book us for.

Every wedding day moves through a specific sequence: the bride’s collection, the partner’s arrival, the ceremony movements, the photography window, the reception transfer, the final exit. We don’t drive each of these as separate jobs. We hold the whole day as a single performance.

Professional chauffeurs trained for wedding-day temperament. Multi-car coordination across as many vehicles as your day requires. A sixteen-vehicle fleet, hand-curated — there to serve the choreography, not the other way around.

The day, in moments

Four movements. One choreography.

Each wedding day passes through these four phases. We staff and stage each one independently — so that the day feels continuous, while every transition is held with attention.

No. 01

The Arrival

From the prep room to the ceremony venue. The bridal vehicle is held at the address until the moment is right, never early, never late. Cabin styled in advance — water, mints, a quiet hand if needed.

No. 02

Ceremony & Photography

Multiple vehicles staged for the couple, the wedding party, and the photographer’s preferred locations. We work alongside your photographer to make the car part of the image rather than a logistics afterthought.

No. 03

The Reception Transfer

For the couple, the wedding party, and where requested, guests. Multiple vehicles operating in formation — Sofitel arrivals, Beresford cellar doors, Hills venues — handled as a coordinated convoy.

No. 04

The Final Exit

The moment that closes the wedding film. Sparkler runs, midnight departures, dawn returns — choreographed with the photographer and the venue. The day’s last image is one we plan for.

No. 04

Seven vehicles, chosen for the day.

From the seventeen-vehicle fleet, these are the seven most often called upon for weddings. Multiple vehicles can be combined for the wedding party, guests, and photography requirements.

A conversation, first.

Tell us a little about your wedding. We’ll respond within a few hours — usually sooner. Most weddings begin with an exchange of dates and a phone call before anything is committed.
